By using SignBolt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. SignBolt is operated by SeaQae Group, a business registered in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
SignBolt provides an electronic signature platform that allows users to sign, send, and manage documents digitally. Electronic signatures created through SignBolt are legally binding under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and Australia's Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and equivalent state and territory legislation. SignBolt does not guarantee that electronic signatures are valid for every document type in every jurisdiction — you remain responsible for confirming that an electronic signature satisfies the legal requirements for your specific use case.
SignBolt offers a free plan with up to 3 documents per month, as well as paid plans with additional features and document allowances. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access to paid features until that date.
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period you will not be charged. Your payment method is authorised at sign-up but will only be charged after the 7-day trial expires. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. Only one free trial per user or payment method is permitted. SeaQae Group reserves the right to revoke trial access if misuse or abuse is detected.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use SignBolt for any illegal purpose or to sign documents fraudulently. You must not impersonate another person or use a false identity when creating a signature.
You retain ownership of all documents you upload. SeaQae Group does not claim any rights to your content. The SignBolt name, logo, and software are the intellectual property of SeaQae Group.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law), SignBolt is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. SeaQae Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
