Close deals, onboard partners, manage employment β e-signatures built for SaaS companies at every stage.
SaaS companies sign more contracts per employee than almost any other business category. Order forms, MSAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, and partnership contracts flow through every SaaS team. SignBolt gives SaaS companies a clean, API-ready e-signature stack without enterprise pricing.
The specific contracts, agreements, and forms SignBolt handles for this use case.
Standard MSA templates plus custom MSAs for enterprise customers. Multi-page support and multi-party signing for sales, procurement, and legal signers.
Close deals fast β send the order form directly from the dashboard or via API-generated links. Bulk send for high-velocity transactional deals.
GDPR-required DPAs signed electronically with full audit trail. Meet enterprise customer compliance requirements without slowing the deal.
Partner contracts, referral agreements, and reseller agreements signed in days not weeks. Both sides sign from any device.
SaaS companies hire fast. Employment contracts, offer letters, and IP assignments signed electronically shorten time-to-start for new hires.
Every vendor wants a signed order form. SignBolt returns signed contracts in hours instead of days, keeping your procurement moving.
Sales-led SaaS companies need order forms signed in hours, not days. SignBolt's no-account-needed recipient flow and mobile-friendly signing remove friction at the point of closure.
SignBolt Business ($24/month) includes full REST API access. Trigger document sends from your billing or CRM system; receive webhook callbacks on signing; close the loop without human handoff.
Enterprise buyers expect DPAs, signed MSAs, and full audit trail. SignBolt produces the artifacts their security and procurement teams want to see.
DocuSign is per-user, which punishes growing SaaS teams. SignBolt Business is $24/month flat β you can add every salesperson, every CS rep, every exec without a per-seat tax.
SaaS companies have a high-volume, high-variability document pipeline β order forms fire fast, MSAs negotiate slow, DPAs follow in due diligence. SignBolt's combination of self-serve signing (for the fast path), API access (for automation), and multi-party support (for the slow path) covers the full SaaS deal cycle at a price that doesn't compound with headcount.
Upload your standard MSA, DPA, and order form PDFs to SignBolt. Use the built-in template library or bring your own.
On the $24/month Business plan, generate an API key and integrate with your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or billing system.
Set up bulk-send workflows for high-velocity deals, and multi-party signing for larger contracts with multiple approvers.
Configure webhooks so when a customer signs, your internal systems (billing, provisioning, Slack) are notified in real time.
All signed documents ship with timestamped audit trail. Your data-privacy and security teams can pull evidence for any SOC 2 or enterprise customer review.
Yes for the signing function. SignBolt's audit trail (timestamp, IP address, signer identity, embedded in the signed PDF) provides the evidence SOC 2 auditors look for when reviewing customer-contract signing processes. For the infrastructure side of SOC 2, SignBolt is deployed on enterprise-grade infrastructure but does not currently hold its own SOC 2 certification β which may be a factor for the most rigorous enterprise customers.
Via the API (Business plan, $24/month). Native Salesforce/HubSpot app-store integrations are not currently offered but are on the roadmap. For now, the clean REST API plus webhook callbacks make custom CRM integration straightforward β typically a few hours of work for an engineer.
Yes. SignBolt supports multi-party signing where multiple signers on both sides (sales, legal, procurement) each sign their assigned fields. Full audit trail for every signer captured.
Like any other document. Upload your DPA PDF, configure signature fields, send to the data-controller/data-processor counterparty, and receive the signed PDF with audit trail. GDPR does not require a specific e-signature tool β any legally binding electronic signature is valid. SignBolt's signatures meet EU eIDAS requirements.
Yes. Free (3 docs/month) covers pre-revenue; Pro ($8/month, 50 docs) covers early revenue; Business ($24/month, unlimited + API) covers high-volume growth stage; Enterprise ($49/month) for specific enterprise features. Most SaaS companies run on Pro through seed and Business through Series A/B.
SSO is not currently available on standard plans. Contact enterprise@signbolt.au for custom plans if SSO is a hard requirement. Most early-to-mid-stage SaaS teams run SignBolt with standard accounts without issue.
Generally yes β measured by time from send to signed return. SignBolt's no-account recipient flow removes the single biggest friction point in the signing process (recipients don't have to create a DocuSign account to sign). This consistently produces faster deal cycles, particularly for SMB-focused SaaS.
